This NAMI CC general meeting will be a safe place for open discussion to learn more about seasonal affective disorder and how to ward off the winter blues, especially during these emotionally draining and uncertain times.

Spiritual leaders, mental health advocates, and community members are invited to unite in prayers for those impacted by mental health challenges. Come and be a part of these prayers as we encourage unity and support for individuals facing these challenges.
