For our December 18, 2025 General Meeting, we will also be hosting our Annual Virtual Family Holiday Sing-Along party with novice and professional singers. We can sing a joyful noise together.

This NAMI CC general meeting will be a safe place for open discussion to learn more about seasonal affective disorder and how to ward off the winter blues, especially during these emotionally draining and uncertain times.
