Help Families Find Hope
Are you a family member or caregiver supporting a loved one with a mental health condition? Join us for a Family-to-Family Leader Training and learn how to bring this life-changing program to others in your community.
This training will prepare you to co-teach the NAMI Family-to-Family class, an evidence-based 9-session course that provides education, skills, and support to families navigating mental health challenges.
About the Event
The NAMI San Mateo office is providing F2F teacher training in November 2025. Attached is the flyer but if the QR code doesn’t work then please use this link to register. Space is very limited so please register early.
The prerequisite to participate in a NAMI teacher training is as follows:
- Being a member of NAMI. You can join NAMI Contra Costa at this link.
- Complete a F2F class as a participant prior to attending teacher training.
- Have a loved one struggling with mental illness.
After completing teacher training, you are asked to commit to co-leading two F2F classes in a 2-year period.
Times
- 11/7 from 5 PM to 9 PM
- 11/8 from 9 AM to 5 PM
- 11/9 from 9 AM to 5 PM
