What is NAMI Contra Costa’s The Family Network?
NAMI CC’s Family Network mission is to empower and support families dealing with mental health crises by discovering community, cultural, familial strengths and resources, and advocating for our peers to gain equitable mental health support system access.
Who Are We?
The Family Network is a group of trained volunteers who provide support to family members and loved ones of individuals living with mental health challenges. Our goal is to help others navigate the complicated mental health care system and to overcome barriers to services by listening, educating, and then guiding families.
