John Gallagher– 1st Vice President

Clinical Services Manager at Hope Solutions working with residents in permanent supportive housing at Garden Park Apartments in Pleasant Hill and at Hacienda Heights in Richmond; Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University and in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. Previous work as an executive in the telecommunications industry and as an officer and pilot in the United States Marine Corps.

Cri Campbell Schine – 2nd Vice President

Dr. Campbell Schine received a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Ethnic Studies from U.C. Davis, and an M.A. and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley. She owns Schine Enterprises and is the co-founder of MDUSD Parents for Multicultural Education.

Dr. Campbell Schine serves on the Executive and Fundraising committees for NAMI CC. She serves on the Executive Team as the VP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for her local PTSA, and in advisory and leadership roles for Greater Mt. Diablo Moms Demand Action, the Miles Hall Foundation, and The Natalie Project (#themtoo).

Sangeeta Golani – Secretary

Sangeeta Golani is a mom first, to a beautiful young lady, who inspires her to be a better person every day! Sangeeta has a BA in psychology, MA in European History and an MBA in marketing and information systems. She is the founder/owner of Gteam Realty and has worked for almost 2 decades in customer relationship management. She also helps support business development at SMGC, a management consulting firm.

She has volunteered as a language advocate with Maitri, a non profit which helps support South Asian women who face domestic violence, get justice. Sangeeta is currently volunteering to support seniors in their health and wealth division at Meals on Wheels Diablo region, where she has been visiting a senior on a weekly basis and building a beautiful friendship and support. She got involved with NAMI to better serve the community especially post-Covid and passionately believes mental health needs to be de stigmatized, especially in South Asian communities. She is committed about being a part of NAMI as a volunteer and now deeply honored to be a Board member to help make a difference one family at a time. Sangeeta speaks and understands several Indian languages and has goals to run outreach programs and groups in Hindi to overcome any language barriers which might come in the way of seeking help. Sangeeta is looking forward to making an impact in the community at large.

Jeremy Taubman – Treasurer

Jeremy Taubman, LCSW, CAS, is an addiction medicine psychotherapist and the Director of the John Muir Behavioral Health – Partial Hospitalization Program, a large outpatient behavioral health department in Northern California. He is a continuing education instructor for several professional mental health organizations and has served on the faculty of the University of the Pacific in the School of Health Sciences as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Social Work Program. Throughout his career, Jeremy has been a champion in the fight against stigma. He is a featured content expert in a Stigma Reduction video series and has been awarded several federally and privately funded grants used to develop stigma reduction campaigns, enhance mental health and addiction awareness, and expand treatment resources.

A Profile picture of Stephanie Taddeo

Stephanie Taddeo, BOD Member

Retired middle school Social Studies teacher from Los Angeles, advocating for students transitioning from elementary to high school. She volunteered with Vitas Hospice and at A Baby’s Breath in the Philadelphia area, and for 2 years was a full-time caregiver to a family member battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia who received a bone marrow transplant. She became acquainted with NAMI after Tyrell Wilson was killed by a Danville police officer while experiencing a mental health episode. She co-organized an organ donor drive in Tyrell’s name and later joined the 40 Voices Campaign for the AAHWRC in CCC.
