Family Member and Peer Advocates: Join NAMI CC’s very own “Safe Place to Share” Input Monthly Meeting. We will rely on teamwork to successfully advocate our and our loved ones’ recovery. Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 1:30 PM from 3 PM. This meeting will recur 3rd Tuesday of the month.
About the Meeting
Join NAMI Contra Costa’s Safe Place to Share Input Monthly meeting to have your voice heard with an advocacy agency to convey needed improvements in the Contra Costa County behavioral healthcare system, making sure our Family Member and Peer voices aren’t silenced.
We will make calls to action and discuss topics involving behavioral health, criminal justice, racial disparities, stigma and other injustices, to better meet the needs of those who live with serious mental illness and are resistant to treatment, need housing, etc.
