POSTHUMOUS SERVICE AWARD – Steven Bischoff, Former ED of Alameda County Mental Health Association
For helping found the Families of the Mentally Ill in Alameda County in 1977 which would go on to become NAMI Alameda County. He became active at the state level in the mid-80s, first with the Mental Health Association of California and then with the California Coalition for Mental Health, where he was later President.
