Content Covered/主要内容
In the San Francisco Bay Area, many children experience anxiety, low mood, or a lack of interest in learning. At the same time, many adults live with ongoing anxiety or depression that often goes unnoticed by those around them. These emotional struggles are not always just a matter of “feeling down.” In some cases, they are connected to neurodiverse traits—such as Autism/Asperger’s or ADHD—which shape how individuals perceive the world and respond to it.
