Hiking Group
Join us for an exercise and vitamin D-filled morning as we blaze the trails on a path to recovery!
A check-in will occur during the first 15-20 minutes, and trained facilitators will be available to offer support and encouragement. Physical maps of the trails will be on-hand for each hike, and we will go at a pace that accommodates all skill levels.
Disclaimer: NAMI CC is not liable for any injuries that might occur on a hike. First aid kit available.
