Join our African American young adult-led support group! We provide emotional support, an opportunity to share your story, advice (on school, work, mental health, religion, and etc.), coping skills, discussion, and a space to build relationships/connections for young adults ages 18-32. Though the group is catered to and focused on the African American community, all are welcome to join.

Welcoming all African American (AA) women from ages 17-29 including young mothers, graduates, any young women who would like to give and receive support from other young women in a judgment-free environment!

Join our African American-led support group to learn how to deal with grief, mental health, and other issues through spiritual tools and practices of faith. Though focused on African American spirituality and faith practices, non-African American attendees will not be excluded.

Please join our virtual Support Group for Family & Friends of Incarcerated Individuals. We provide an opportunity for participants to share their stories and build connections, as well as, offering non-clinical counseling, emotional support, coping skills, and resources.

For caregivers of loved ones living with or impacted by mental illness. Topics offered include social stereotypes and stigma, complex social dynamics, unpredictable aspects of the illness, advocacy, problem solving techniques, coping strategies, communication skills, and treatment options.

You can get information, crucial resources and access to a community of people who relate to your experiences in a confidential and safe environment.

Please join our Healing Circle for Men of Color, a safe space for men of color to process heavy emotions and receive support.

Join us for an exercise and vitamin D-filled morning as we blaze the trails on a path to recovery!

A check-in will occur during the first 15-20 minutes, and trained facilitators will be available to offer support and encouragement. Physical maps of the trails will be on-hand for each hike, and we will go at a pace that accommodates all skill levels.

A free, confidential and culturally inclusive support group for LGBTQ+ individuals, families and allies. Feel safe sharing experiences amongst peers and trained LGBTQ+ identified facilitators.

NCO Club Purpose: To talk without judgement about our lived experience in the military and our lessons learned. This is a place to be to share “war stories” and chop it up about stateside and global experiences during active duty as well as experience with reentry upon discharge from active duty. 

These “Talk About It” sessions are intended to talk through anything and all things with nothing being off limits to the participants…but always done with decorum and respect. Our meeting will be mostly reconnaissance to establish a baseline for information exchange.

This support group welcomes all peers, with or without a diagnosis, to give and receive support in a safe, confidential space.

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who’ve been there.

Now available to peers in an online format.

You will find people going through problems similar to yours.

Members may share personal experiences, offer emotional comfort, and provide practical advice.

We welcome anyone with lived experience coping with multiple diagnoses and co-occurring substance use. Discover your inner strength and empower yourself learning from each other, sharing coping strategies, and offering encouragement and understanding. Open to ALL.

Open to peers, family members, and anyone interested in conveying their experience and perspective through the craft of writing. Participants have the opportunity to prepare pieces before group and do exercises during group, sharing poetry, short stories, personal narratives, etc.
