NAMI, the National Alliance for Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
NAMI Contra Costa is an affiliate of NAMI California. NAMI Contra Costa and dedicated volunteer members and leaders work tirelessly to raise awareness and provide essential education, advocacy and support group programs for people living with mental illness and their loved ones.
Two Sessions are available for registration:
August 24th, 2023 on Thursdays, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm 8-weeks*
October 4th, 2023 Wednesdays, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm 8-weeks*
