  • Common Sources of Anxiety and Stress in the Daily Life of Chinese Immigrants
  • How Chinese immigrants struggle to cope with anxiety and stress and the consequences
  • How to properly and efficiently cope with anxiety and stress
  • How to handle stress in the neurodiverse population
    (ADHD, Autism)
  • Resources for mental health services for Chinese immigrants
