The Contra Costa County Homelessness Memorial event will be held at the 40 Voices African-American Holistic Resource & Wellness Hub at Delta Bay on December 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. The address is 1020 East Tregallas Rd. Antioch, CA 94509. All are welcome to attend.
